About Julie

Julie Erickson has called Alaska Home since 1982!

She obtained her Real Estate License in 2001 after an 18 year career in Consumer Sales. Julie applies her sales and marketing background to Real Estate on a daily basis by providing in depth sale’s analysis to buyers and sellers to make informed pricing decisions. She represents buyers and sellers in all price ranges selling condos, single family homes, multi-family units and has experience working Commercial transactions.

Julie is a Relocation expert and works closely with relocation directors with BP, Schlumberger, Chevron, Shell, Exxon and Conoco Phillips. Julie and her team are consistent top producers delivering exemplary customer service at Re/Max Dynamic Properties. They’ve built their business steadily over the years and attribute much of their to success to satisfied customers and their referrals.

Julie is the Residential Real Estate Council Alaska Sate President. She obtained the CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) Designation and the CLHMS (Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist) Designation to set herself apart from other licensees. Both designations are a symbol of excellence in Real Estate.

In her free time Julie and her husband, Bryce, enjoy exploring the great outdoors in their motor home. They take multiple trips a year throughout Alaska. Julie joined Anchorage South Rotary Club a few years ago to pour her energy into an organization dedicated to helping those in her community and around the world.  She values personal connections that extend from meeting people, a trait that shines in both her personal and professional life. Like her daughter, Jordan, once said, “Mom, these people aren’t your clients. They’re your friends.” Out of the mouth of babes.

Rachel Witt

Rachel was a great help in picking our first house, she went out of her way and spent multiple days in the valley looking for our perfect home. About Rachel

Rachel joined the Julie Erickson team in December 2013 after obtaining her license earlier that year. She works directly with Julie in assisting buyers and sellers throughout their transactions.  Her experience in Anchorage’s construction industry brings a wide range of skills that have proven helpful in assisting clients. Rachel is a graduate of Alaska Pacific University, has her REALTOR designation and is working towards becoming a Certified Residential Specialist.

She has called Alaska home for the past 33 years, is familiar with the Anchorage area as well as its surrounding communities and prides herself in providing a high level of customer service to each client.

About Leslie

My family moved to Alaska when I was just 8 years old. I grew up in Eagle River and chose to move out to the Valley when it came time to start my own family. After living and commuting for 14 years I and am bringing The Julie Erickson Team to the Valley! 

I bring with me 16 years of consumer sales and customer service experience to help you purchase your next home or sell your current home. My background has been in the moving and storage industry helping families relocate in and out of state or within Alaska. 

My education includes a bachelors degree in Marketing and Finance with a minor in Economics and a Masters Degree in Global Supply Chain Management. I am working towards my CRS designation.

I bring a strong sense of customer service to the team and specialize in the Valley (Wasilla/Palmer). The Mat-Su provides a wealth of indoor and outdoor recreation activities. Mat-Su Regional Hospital has brought in many new jobs to the area along with state of the art medical professionals to take care of our needs. The Valley maintains that small town feeling while still providing all of the amenities one might want in their community.
