• Review Title Report

• Review As Built Survey

• Review COSA – Certified Onsite Systems Approval – Well and Septic Report

• Review Resale Certificate/Public Offering Statement

• Review Appraisal – negotiate any items

• Finalize your Financing

• Inspect All Repairs upon completion

• Conduct Final Walk Through

• Activate Utilities for Day of Recording

• Attend Closing at Title Company – Requires photo ID and Cashiers Check

• Inform buyer of recording on next business day

• Receive Keys at Time of Recording
